Who to contact

• Using Basefile

  Questions, bugs, or anything about your account or your data. Write from the email on your account, and include the page link or a screenshot so we can help faster.

• Are you someone’s client?

  If someone shares work with you on Basefile, ask them first: they manage the projects and files they share. To get back in, open the link they sent you, or any email about the work, and ask for a new sign-in link there.

• Privacy, security, and abuse

  Write to the same address for privacy requests and grievances — our Grievance Officer reads them — to report abuse, or to tell us about a security issue.

• An invite you weren’t expecting

  You can safely ignore it — nothing happens unless you open the link. If more emails follow and you don’t want them, write to us and we’ll help.
